The family of Carl and Gail Weatherton will present two $500
scholarships to qualified Winslow High School graduates. Carl
Weatherton was a longtime Baseball and Football Coach as well
as an Athletic Director at WHS and Gail Weatherton was an
Administrative Assistant for Counseling and the Principal. They
spent over 30 years investing in Winslow High School and its
students. We are awarding this scholarship to continue their
legacy to Winslow High School students who display integrity, a
strong work ethic, and leadership qualities.

Eligibility Requirements:

1. A graduate who holds at least a 3.0 GPA.
2. Must be registered and enrolled as a full-time student at an
accredited College, University or Trade School.
3. Must be an athlete and/or Education Major.
Application:

1. Must submit two letters of recommendation from a WHS Faculty
Member.
2. Must submit a letter of application due by April 24.
3. Application form completed and signed.
